Paid Position. Seeking: Charismatic, easy-going, pop-rock-jazz high tenor. Harmonies come easy to you and you love singing back-ups as much as being a front man. You have a flexible schedule for regional and international touring/TV  appearances, and independent financial stability for the time in between gigs.  You are extremely responsible and just as happy helping with our many administrative duties as the performances. All male voice parts encouraged to audition for sub positions. Fame starts with exposure. Blue Jupiter's singing has already been heard by well over 20 million people world wide! We've been on radio commercials, live stages, TV shows, syndicated radio, we opened for Third Eye Blind, and were on Oprah! We've done over 200 gigs in China and Japan and we've got lots more in the works!

Do you want to be a part of a group that's on the rise?
Formed in 2001, this is a group with plenty of achievements and connections. We have multiple booking agents, ins with networks, agents, managers, recording studios and major players throughout the industry. We've won tons of awards and performed on multiple continents. Isn't it nice to hop on a train that's already in motion?

Do you thrive in a team environment?
Blue Jupiter is all for one and one for all when it comes to getting things done -musically and beyond! Every note of every chord matters because we're only as good as our weakest link. So we don't let anyone fall. The vibe here is a lot like that of improv comedy: "yes AND". On stage and off, when you're in Blue Jupiter, some one always has your back. 

Are you creative?
As a member of Blue Jupiter you have an opportunity to bring your own style to the group. Yeah sure, members sing, BUT they also have designed our outfits, arranged songs off the radio, written original music and lyrics, shot and edited edited promo photos and video, designed our web site, written content and even come up with comedic bits for live shows. There's a lot of room to express yourself here!

Are you pumped to work at your highest level?No matter how good a driver you might be, you don't win the Indy 500 in a clunker. In Blue Jupiter you don't have to worry about sharing the stage with people who aren't up to your level of talent.  It's not about tooting our collective horn here; it's about the simple truth that you'll make way better music with singers who are creative, expressive, in-tune and rhythmically in the pocket. 

Do you like performing on top notch equipment?
Strolling around the picnic singing doo-wop is not our scene. We have a fully professional sound in part because we sing on a fully professional system. Wireless mics, wireless in-ear monitors, cool effects, big fat subwoofers and crystal clear speakers. Our sound is "kind of a big deal" and "smells of rich mahogany". 

Do you like long hours in a van or waiting at airports?
That would be amazing if you liked that stuff. Most people don't. Actually, we don't, although we do kind of get slap happy and laugh a lot on road trips. So that's kinda cool, huh? Little bit? No? Ok well, think about it. 

Do you like being paid in bars of pure 24 karat gold?
How would you even know? Has anyone ever paid you in bars of gold for anything? Oh really? Liar. They are very impractical. Unlike European royalty in the 1400s, Blue Jupiter uses checks. Think of how much easier they are to carry around. We probably just saved you from back injury.. You're welcome.
